Walmart sells its own hair care oil
It has long been a favorite of celebrities and the fashion world, but Walmart has been selling its own brand of hair care in recent years.
The company announced Monday that it has partnered with H-E-B to sell the hair care product.
It’s not the first time the brand has come into the spotlight.
Walmart first announced it would sell its own shampoo and conditioner in 2008, and the retailer also sold a version of its new shaving soap, but the deal was cut after customers complained it was too pricey.
The brand will now be available in stores and online for $4.99 a month, or $13 a bottle.
Walmart also said it would offer a limited number of coupons for its own product.
The discounts are limited to one per customer, so customers can’t get discounts on other brands.
For a limited time, customers can receive 10% off Walmart.com, or 50% off online with the code WD2020 at checkout, up to $20 in coupon value.
The code will expire on Oct. 11.
